Whilst the emphasis is on empty-handed techniques, weapons are taught to higher grades.

Junior Jujutsu (Ages 9+)

Pencak Silat
Rhythm, coordination, fluid movements and tactical mind games meet efficient fighting techniques in Indonesia's indigenous fighting art.
Pencak silat focuses on kicking and striking, although joint locking, takedowns and the use of weapons are also included. Students practice both solo and with a partner, progressing to incorporating weapons and applying techniques in free sparring as they advance.

Childrens Self Defence (Ages 5-9)

A six-week course introducing falling skills, age-appropriate self-defence techniques, coping with 'stranger danger' and bullying, developing assertiveness and verbal de-escalation skills. Learning is done through games with an emphasis on fun and safety.
Parents are strongly encouraged to listen and engage in discussion with their children throughout the course.
