Important Information and Dates for Term 4

I hope everyone has had a great first week of the school holidays and is enjoying some well-earned time together.

Junior classes are now on break for the holidays!

This means no junior classes until we return for Term 4 on Friday, 16th October.

We look forward to seeing everyone back and refreshed for the final class block of the year!

Adult jujutsu and pencak silat classes will continue as normal during the school holidays.

Important dates for the remainder of 2026

Friday, 16th October | Junior jujutsu returns for term 4

Saturday, 19th December | Junior classes conclude for 2026

Sunday 20th December | End-of-year shutdown begins.

Grading dates

Grading sessions for those doing 4th Mon (orange stripe) or higher will be available on:

• Friday, 23rd October

• Sunday, 25th October

• Friday, 11th December

• Sunday, 13th December

Southern Cross Bujutsu communications are going digital!

Email and text messages will now be the main ways we keep you up to date with important updates and events. You can update your details at any time from your online account. If you have not set up your login, you should receive an invite to do so within the next 24 hours.

Invoices will be sent out in week two or three of each term with options for payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Cash payments will continue to be accepted.

Please note that the previous bank account details are no longer in use. Please ensure you are using the updated details provided on your invoice.
