Welcome to our Site.  These are our Conditions for use of the Site and they apply whenever you access the Site, regardless of how you access the Site.

Southern Cross Bujutsu (SCB) is the owner and operator of this Site.

Users of this Site (Users) agree to be bound by these Conditions, which are subject to change at SCB's sole discretion.  Your use of and access to this Site indicates your acceptance of these Conditions, as they exist at that time.

2. Third Party Content & Links

SCB publishes links to external sites at its sole discretion.

SCB is not responsible for, and does not endorse, the content on external sites.

This Site may include third party content which is subject to that third party's terms and conditions of use.  Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any license or right for you to use that content.

4. Liability & Indemnity

SCB does not warrant the accuracy of the content on the Site. 5. Passwords and Security

Members access some content of the web site by using one or more passwords.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password(s).

Accordingly, you understand and agree you are fully responsible for all actions and submissions made from your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you should notify the SCB immediately.

6. Termination of Member Account

If the SCB reasonably believes you have breached these Conditions of Use, SCB reserves the right to restrict access to or terminate your account, with or without notice, and without any prior warning.

SCB may terminate your account in accordance with any conditions relating to the terms of membership.

7. Contributing Content

If you submit content to SCB in any format, including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio, you grant SCB a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual license to publish that content.

You agree that SCB can use that content in any way, now and in the future.  SCB also reserves the right not to use the content you submit.

You warrant that you have all of the necessary rights, including copyright, in the content you contribute, that your content is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any law.

You indemnify SCB against any and all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by SCB as a result of a breach of the above warranty.

You waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the Site.

8. General

These Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

Users will not use this Site for any purpose or in any way which is unlawful.
